Maintenance Supervisor

Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to support a high-volume manufacturing and stamping operation in Wentzville, MO. This position will oversee a team of approximately 10–15 skilled trades employees while supporting daily production, equipment reliability, troubleshooting, and maintenance activities.
The facility operates large-scale stamping equipment used to form, trim, and pierce sheet metal components. The environment includes heavy industrial equipment, automated press systems, robotics, and dies weighing more than 100,000 pounds.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on, mechanically inclined leader who enjoys solving equipment problems, identifying root causes, and working closely with skilled trades and production personnel.

This is a fully onsite position supporting a three-shift manufacturing operation. Candidates must be flexible to work any of the following shifts:
The normal workweek is Monday through Friday; however, this should not be considered a standard 40-hour-per-week position. Overtime is expected based on production requirements and may average up to approximately 15 additional hours in some weeks. Candidates should anticipate working approximately two weekends per month, with additional weekend coverage possible depending on business needs.
The work is performed in an active stamping and manufacturing environment that can be noisy and oily and includes large industrial machinery, automated equipment, and extremely heavy tooling.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Successful candidates will be mechanically curious, comfortable around heavy industrial equipment, and confident leading experienced skilled trades employees. Individuals with a strong hands-on mechanical background—including those who enjoy automotive, machinery, equipment repair, or similar technical work—may be particularly well suited for the environment.
This position requires someone who can assess a problem, determine the root cause, develop a plan to correct it, and confidently provide direction to the team.
