This Maintenance Supervisor role involves overseeing a team of approximately 15 hourly employees in a fast-paced manufacturing environment in Wentzville, Missouri.
Responsibilities include supervising daily maintenance activities, managing machine repairs—especially conveyance systems—to ensure operational reliability, coordinating weekend coverage, and supporting safety and efficiency.
Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, experience working with journeymen in auto repair or related fields, technical manufacturing knowledge, familiarity with conveyance machines, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and supervisory experience, preferably with UAW. Must work well under physical and mental demands.
Preferred qualifications include hands-on journeyman experience and a background in auto repair or maintenance shops. Background checks and drug screens may be required.
