Job Description:

We’re looking for a hands-on Industrial Maintenance Supervisor who thrives in a fast-paced environment and knows how to lead teams, solve problems, and keep operations running at peak performance. This person will coordinate and provide daily support the maintenance activities on site to achieve the required service level to optimize the machine availability in a 24/7 production environment. Instruct and follow up maintenance tasks to ensure all the activities are performed in a safe and efficient way according Sibelco’s policy, guidelines and values.
Your Impact in This Role
As a Maintenance Supervisor, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and conveyor systems
Ensure maintenance work orders are accurate, prioritized, and properly closed in SAP
Manage the plant preventive maintenance program.
Function as hands on lead mechanic to trouble shoot and repair equipment.
Perform basic electrical trouble shooting skills.
Train plant personnel to perform basic maintenance.
Perform periodic preventive maintenance checks as required.
Support continuous improvement initiatives.
Lead and coordinate internal technicians and third-party contractors
Plan, schedule, and execute preventive & corrective maintenance
Step in and support critical or high-impact maintenance activities
Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to reduce downtime and improve efficiency
Enforce Sibelco’s safety standards and lifesaving rules
Lead safe work practices including LOTO, LMRA, and SOP compliance
Qualifications and Requirements
To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following.
Strong experience in industrial maintenance environments
Hands-on experience with conveyor systems
Experience using SAP for maintenance planning and work order management
Welding and fabrication experience
High school diploma, or equivalent, required
Technical degree in mechanical, electrical, or related field (or equivalent experience) preferred
2-5 years of maintenance experience required
Good communications skills.
Basic electrical maintenance skills required, 480vAC/3/60 a plus.
Computer skills, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
Self-starter who can succeed with limited supervision
Detail oriented with proven problem solving and troubleshooting skills
Ability to work in a dusty environment.
