  • · Create, update, and maintain equipment, asset, and preventive maintenance records within EasyMaint
  • · Enter, track, and maintain maintenance work orders and related documentation
  • · Assist with development and scheduling of preventive maintenance activities
  • · Generate maintenance reports, metrics, and KPI tracking data
