Maintenance Team

Maintenance Team Member Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness and organization in all areas of the Restaurant, including kitchen, front of house, restrooms, storage, and outdoor spaces
• Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment, ensuring all items meet proper sanitation and safety standards
• Clean and detail equipment, floors, walls, and hard-to-reach areas to maintain a spotless and safe environment
• Rotate chicken and other stock to ensure freshness and proper food safety standards are followed
• Take out trash and keep waste areas clean and organized
• Assist with equipment and facility maintenance issues as needed
• Support Team Members by providing assistance when they are in need
• Rotate and organize stock for both kitchen and front of house areas, ensuring proper storage temperatures and labeling
• Multitask quickly and thoroughly while keeping a focus on safety and quality
• Work on their feet for several hours at a time
• Safely lift and carry heavy loads
• Communicate effectively with leadership about facility or equipment concerns
• Perform other duties as assigned to support overall Restaurant Operations

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Dependable and punctual, with a strong sense of responsibility
• Positive and solution-oriented attitude, even under pressure
• Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
• Basic mechanical and troubleshooting skills
• Comfortable using cleaning equipment, tools, and supplies
• Physically capable of lifting and carrying up to XX-XX lbs on a regular basis
• Able to bend, reach, and work on their feet for extended periods
• Flexible and adaptable to changing needs of the Restaurant
• Team-oriented, willing to support others when needed
