Employees are eligible for benefit election on day 1 of employment Responsibilities Key responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: Mechanical, Pneumatic, Hydraulic, and Electrical Maintenance Preventive and Predictive Maintenance experience Equipment Rebuilds Work Order Maintenance, repair, fabrication and ordering parts/supplies Advancing job skills and knowledge of equipment Operate Husky Injection molders and perform corrective actions Perform quality checks on preforms and bottles, make adjustments to process as necessary to stay within specifications NTS Airveyor adjustments and repairs as necessary Communicate with production lines with regards to machine down time, startup and changeovers Other duties as assigned Qualifications Key qualifications include: High school diploma, GED or equivalent experience Successfully pass Ramsey Mechanical Skills and Aptitude Test 5 years' experience working in mechanical and electrical maintenance Exposure to high speed production, clean manufacturing, or basic maintenance strongly desired Solid communication and interpersonal skills with experience working in a team based environment Reading and use of blueprints and technical manuals Preventive maintenance, mechanical and electrical repair, troubleshooting using a data driven systematic approach, rebuilding equipment, lifting, rigging, lubrication. Using hand and specialty tools Understanding and use of precision measurement Candidates must be flexible to support business needs, able to work holidays, weekends, and overtime Ability to operate Forklift and Manlift as needed Microsoft Office knowledge and SAP work order system experience preferred. Focus on safe work practices and high quality while executing duties with a sense of urgency Ability to lift/move 50 lbs and stand on your feet for extended periods of time throughout the day Working under adverse environmental conditions, including inclement weather and changes in temperature
