    Description

    What are you going to do?

    The Maintenance Team Lead is responsible for leading and developing a high-performing team while ensuring operational efficiency and business success. This role oversees daily team operations, aligns resources to meet business demands, monitors key performance metrics, and drives continuous process improvements. The successful candidate fosters an open, engaged, and collaborative work environment through strong communication, effective coaching, and active partnership with employees and cross-functional teams. This position also leverages technology applications, operational systems, and data analytics to improve decision-making, enhance productivity, and support business objectives while developing employees through training, career planning, and performance management.

    This role will provide strategic leadership to drive and develop high-performing teams, and deliver measurable business results through collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

    What is your preferred work location?

    Requirements

    • Experience in Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.

    • Minimum of 10 years of working experience in operations, technical services, or a related environment.

    • Strong leadership, coaching, and employee engagement skills with a proven ability to motivate and develop employees.

    • Experience with workforce planning, resource allocation, and operational performance management.

    • Proficiency in analyzing KPIs, dashboards, and business metrics to drive operational improvements and support data-driven decision-making.

    • Strong financial acumen, including budget management, labor cost optimization, and resource planning.

    • Experience leading continuous improvement initiatives and developing business cases for process enhancements.

    • Excellent communication, organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other business technology applications used to support operational planning, reporting, and team collaboration.

    • Ability to effectively partner with Human Resources and cross-functional leaders to achieve organizational objectives.
