Job Title: Maintenance Team Leader Job Location: Davenport, IA Job Duration: 24 Months (possibility of extension) Job Summary: Supervisor- Will spend most of the time supervising skilled trades and helping them. Work with Maintenance Senior Maintenance Team Leader to assure maintenance organization maintains cost structure line. Will be responsible for preforming weekly preventive maintenance audits to increase visibility and maintenance effectiveness. Required Skills & Experience: SAP experience. Experience with unions/maintenance/safety highly preferred - background in engineering also preferred. Must be able to lead a team of union skilled trades that includes pipe fitters. Electricians, and R5s (mechanics). Active engagement in Maintenance Safety Culture. Experience with leading/supporting preventive maintenance program.
