Job Location: Davenport, IA
Job Duration: 24 Months (possibility of extension)Job Summary:
- Supervisor- Will spend most of the time supervising skilled trades and helping them.
- Work with Maintenance Senior Maintenance Team Leader to assure maintenance organization maintains cost structure line.
- Will be responsible for preforming weekly preventive maintenance audits to increase visibility and maintenance effectiveness.
Required Skills & Experience:
- SAP experience.
- Experience with unions/maintenance/safety highly preferred - background in engineering also preferred.
- Must be able to lead a team of union skilled trades that includes pipe fitters. Electricians, and R5s (mechanics).
- Active engagement in Maintenance Safety Culture.
- Experience with leading/supporting preventive maintenance program.
