Adecco Staffing is working with a distribution center in Raymond, NH to bring on a Maintenance Technician. This is a direct hire opportunity supporting equipment reliability and facility maintenance in a fast-paced distribution environment.
Position: Maintenance Technician
Shift / Pay:
• Tuesday – Friday, 7:00 PM – 5:00 AM — $37.30 per hour
• Saturday – Monday, 5:00 PM – 5:00 AM — $39.85 per hour
Duties / Responsibilities
• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on industrial equipment including conveyors, lift trucks, material handling systems, pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical, and dock equipment
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues where root cause is not immediately apparent
• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and electrical/mechanical schematics
• Complete work orders, logs, and maintenance documentation accurately
• Assist other maintenance technicians with equipment repairs and installations
• Operate material handling equipment and powered industrial equipment as required
• Maintain building systems, grounds, and facility infrastructure
• Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE
• Support additional maintenance tasks throughout the facility as needed
Qualifications
• 2+ years of experience in industrial or facilities maintenance
• Experience working with electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to read technical drawings and schematics
• Comfortable working independently on off-shifts
• Coursework or certification in industrial maintenance, electrical, mechanical, automation, or mechatronics is a plus
• Associate's degree or industry certifications (CRMT, MCET, etc.) preferred but not required
Physical Requirements / Work Environment
• Ability to lift, push, and carry up to 50 lbs
• Ability to climb ladders, work at heights, and access equipment in elevated areas
• Ability to work in varying temperatures, noise levels, and industrial environments
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, twist, and use hand tools throughout the shift
