Maintenance Tech
We are currently seeking a mechanically inclined Maintenance Tech for a direct hire opportunity in Strasburg, Ohio. Were looking for a motivated individual who is eager to join a company known as one of the worlds largest contract manufacturers and packagers of wet wipes, dryer sheets, liquids, die cut pads, and bulk blended products.
In this role, you will work closely with a dynamic team to maintain and repair all production equipment, ensuring smooth operation across the facility. Hours: 2nd Shift, Monday-Friday, 3:00pm-11:00pm
Pay: $18.00-$20.00/hr based on experience
Key Responsibilities
Repair all production equipment and equipment throughout the facility
Execute line and equipment changeovers
Perform scheduled preventive maintenance
Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues during production
Promote teamwork by discussing issues, brainstorming solutions, and learning from others
Assist with other duties as assigned
Minimum Requirements
High School Diploma or GED
Strong mechanical aptitude
Excellent time management skills
Self-started and driven
Willingness to pitch in where needed
Collaborative work style
Safety focused
Excellent communication skills
Good attendance
Nice to Have Skills
Previous experience in a manufacturing environment
Basic electrical knowledge
Experience with machinery maintenance
Preferred Education and Experience
High School Diploma or GED
Prior mechanical maintenance experience is a plus
