Starting Salary: $20.00 + Based on experience

Employment Type: Full-time

Work Environment: Sunday - Thursday 10:00 pm - 6:00 am with OT as required

Job Summary:

The Maintenance Tech provides support for the various departments by maintaining, repairing, and installing equipment and machinery.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Perform maintenance on all types of production equipment with limited supervision
  • Follow all company safety and quality requirements
  • Perform scheduled maintenance on equipment throughout the various departments
  • Provide mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical maintenance as needed
  • Must have experience in metal fabrication and welding
  • Must be able to work flexible hours, overtime, and weekends as needed

Requirements:

  • 1+ years previous industrial maintenance experience to include mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical experience
  • Ability to use and understand precision measuring tools and equipment
  • Requires good communication and technical skills along with being detail oriented
  • Troubleshooting/diagnostic skills

Physical Demands:

  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs regularly throughout the day
  • Regularly required to use hands to handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms
  • Regular bending, stooping, stretching, twisting, and turning
  • Frequently required to stand (up to 10 hours) and walk
  • Noise level is usually moderate
  • Exposure to head and cold extremes at times
  • Exposure to potentially hazardous production areas (heavy equipment traffic, slip/trip hazards, airborne dust/debris, etc)
