Advanced Asset Management has a fabulous opportunity for a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Tech for our property Juniper Fats in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
The successful candidate will:
- 1-3 years general maintenance experience
- EPA certification (a plus)
- A customer-focused attitude and be a supportive team player
- The ability to troubleshoot and repair HVAC equipment, plumbing systems, electrical systems, major appliances, pool and spa equipment, and other systems in operation at the community.
