Maintenance Tech

Advanced Asset Management (AAM) is seeking a skilled Service Technician to support daily maintenance operations at a multifamily community. This role ensures apartments and common areas are safe, functional, and well maintained while delivering excellent resident service.Key ResponsibilitiesComplete work orders in a timely and professional mannerPerform apartment turns, make‑ready work, and preventive maintenanceTroubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, and general carpentryMaintain cleanliness and curb appeal of buildings and common areasRespond to after‑hours emergencies as scheduledFollow AAM safety standards, policies, and Fair Housing requirementsCommunicate effectively with residents and the on‑site teamQualifications1–3 years of multifamily or residential maintenance experienceWorking knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliancesEPA certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detailAbility to work independently and as part of a teamValid driver's license and reliable transportationWhy AAMAdvanced Asset Management offers competitive pay, growth opportunities, and a supportive team environment focused on accountability, quality service, and strong communities.As a condition of employment, candidates must successfully complete a background verification.
