Manufacturing Maintenance Technician – 3rd Shift (Sunday - Thursday, 11pm - 7am)
Location: Phoenix, AZ
Pay: From $35 hr based on experience, plus $1.10 shift differential work working nights

Are you a hands-on problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment? Join PAC Worldwide as a Maintenance Technician on our 3rd shift team. This role is vital to keeping our high-speed production lines running safely, efficiently, and reliably.
You’ll perform a wide variety of mechanical, electrical, and facility maintenance tasks—installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining equipment to support our people and our production goals.
 
What You’ll Do:
•     Perform equipment start-ups, changeovers, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance
•     Diagnose, repair, and resolve root causes of machine issues that impact quality and productivity
•     Handle light building and facility repairs as needed
•     Train and coach less experienced technicians on safe, effective practices
•     Maintain compliance with OSHA, PAC, and OEM safety and maintenance standards
•     Work safely, spotting and resolving potential hazards, and contribute to a culture of safety
 
What We’re Looking For:
Experience
•     5+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
•     3+ years of industrial electrical experience (VFDs, Servo Motors, etc.)
Technical Skills
•     Knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, and basic fabrication
•     Ability to read and work from electrical/mechanical blueprints
•     Familiarity with preventive maintenance and troubleshooting processes
Other Requirements
•     High school diploma or equivalent
•     Valid driver’s license
•     Ability to obtain forklift, scissor lift, and boom lift certifications
•     Comfortable working in physically demanding environments (lifting up to 70 lbs., confined spaces, temperature variations)
