Maintenance Tech II -Engineer

Overview Performs routine repairs and preventive maintenance to ensure building systems operate efficiently. Basic knowledge of carpentry, electrical systems, computer printouts, hazardous chemicals, general and preventative maintenance. Responsibilities Accountable for all maintenance and repair of the Repair of plumbing and associated equipment i.e., toilet replacement, snake stopped drains, repair leaks in piping, faucets and drains. Must have knowledge of carpentry, electrical, plumbing, hazardous chemicals, general and preventative maintenance. Knowledge and ability to hang dry wall, and texturing. Operation, maintenance, and repair of stand-by generators. Maintenance and repair of pumps and pressurized water systems. Ability to read computer printouts. Ability to work efficiently, independently and cohesively, consistently producing quality results. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Perform other duties and responsibilities as requested.
