Ensuring Chart's Success… What Will You Do?
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Performs daily, weekly, and monthly preventative maintenance on all plant equipment. Performs troubleshooting, problem solving, and countermeasure activities on all production and facility equipment. Performs mechanical maintenance with frequent electrical (480V, 208V, 120V, 24VDC) and controls-related troubleshooting. Dismantles machines or equipment using hand tools or power tools to examine parts for defects and repairs or replaces. Completes daily maintenance paperwork for assigned Work Requests and Checklists. Assists with installing conduit and wiring for new equipment installations. Performs special duties as assigned by Maintenance Supervisor/Manager.
REQUIREMENTS - MUST BE ABLE TO DO THE FOLLOWING:
• Thorough understanding of maintenance troubleshooting for electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic manufacturing equipment. • Working knowledge of 480 Volt 3 phase power, logic controllers, motor starters, and variable frequency drives. • Ability to read and follow written instructions. • Ability to read and interpret electrical and instrumentation drawings and specifications.

• Mostly Outdoor/Shop Environment • Must be able to work outdoor and indoor

YOUR EXPERIENCE SHOULD BE…
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: 5+ years of electrical maintenance experience 2+ years of experience with CNC Machine Repair 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment (desirable) Experience with troubleshooting PLC based control systems
SKILLS REQUIRED:
(i.e. certifications, licenses, registrations, etc.): Welding and fabrication skills considered a plus
