Our client is an established manufacturing company seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to join their team in the Raleigh area. This role is heavily focused on electrical troubleshooting and repair, with a strong emphasis on diagnosing and resolving faults across manufacturing equipment and automated work cells. The ideal candidate brings hands-on electrical experience across both low- and high-voltage systems and can work independently to keep production running.

Job Responsibilities -

- Independently troubleshoot and repair electrical faults on manufacturing equipment, work cells, and related systems.

- Diagnose and resolve issues involving sensors, wiring, relays, motors, controls, safety circuits, and PLCs.

- Read and interpret electrical schematics and technical documentation to identify root causes and execute repairs.

- Perform maintenance and repair work on both low-voltage and high-voltage electrical systems in a live manufacturing environment.

- Support automated manufacturing equipment through routine and corrective maintenance activities.

- Perform general mechanical maintenance tasks as needed to support overall equipment uptime.

- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to minimize downtime and address recurring equipment issues.



Job Requirements -

- Demonstrated industrial electrical troubleshooting and repair experience, with hands-on work across both low- and high-voltage systems.

- Proficiency reading electrical schematics and using diagnostic tools to identify and resolve equipment faults.

- Experience troubleshooting sensors, wiring, relays, motors, controls, PLCs, and safety circuits in a manufacturing environment.

- General mechanical maintenance capability to complement electrical skillset.

- Availability to work a 2-2-3, 12-hour rotating shift schedule.

- Experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.

- Experience supporting automated manufacturing or injection molding equipment is strongly preferred.

- Background with PLC programming or fault diagnostics beyond basic troubleshooting is a plus.
