Industrial Maintenance Technician
Pay: $24/hr – $32/hr
Schedule: 12-Hour Rotating Shifts (2-2-3 Schedule)
  • Nights: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
  • Only 15 working days per month
  • Guaranteed overtime every other week
Shift Differentials Nights
  • Mon–Fri: +$2.00/hr
  • Sat–Sun: +$3.00/hr
Position Summary
Seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to support maintenance and repair of automated production machinery in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role will focus on troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, and maintaining equipment performance for high-speed production lines.
Responsibilities
  • Perform preventative maintenance (PMs) on industrial equipment
  • Troubleshoot and repair automated machinery
  • Maintain pneumatic and hydraulic systems
  • Assist with machine setup and camera systems
  • Perform basic electrical troubleshooting and repairs
  • Support production uptime and equipment reliability
  • Follow safety and maintenance procedures
Requirements
  • 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience
  • Experience troubleshooting automated machinery
  • Knowledge of pneumatic and hydraulic systems
  • Experience performing PMs
  • Basic electrical troubleshooting experience
  • Experience with machine setup and camera systems preferred
  • Ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts
