What You’ll Be Doing
Complete general maintenance and repair work across residential properties
Handle tasks such as flooring, painting, basic plumbing, electrical, and general repairs
Perform unit turns and make-ready work
Manage your own workflow and schedule with minimal supervision
Ensure high-quality workmanship with minimal callbacks

Ability to operate independently without supervision
Consistent output and reliability
Nice to Have (Not Required)
HVAC EPA Certification (Type 2 or Universal)
Plumbing or electrical experience
