General Summary:
The Maintenance Technician I is responsible for maintenance and upkeep on all College buildings (interior and exterior). Also for helping maintain all HVAC units, welding, repairing and mowing equipment.

Job Specifications:
Monitor all college buildings, including workstations, restrooms, student housing and corridors.
Able to follow instructions.
Will make simple written notations on daily duties performed.
Enjoy working in a public setting that has a variety of work spaces for administration,
instructors and students.
Minimum Requirements - High School Diploma or GED equivalent with three years experience using power tools, lawn care, and general knowledge of building construction.
Preferred Requirements - Three years of HVAC and welding experience. Ability to speak the Muscogee Creek language is preferable but not a requirement. Native American and Veteran preference.
Special Considerations -
Licensure (if appropriate): Valid Oklahoma Drivers License
