Position: Maintenance Technician

Pay: Starting at $20.00/hour

Keep Attractions Operating Safely
Perform ride maintenance, inspections, and repairs according to manufacturer guidelines and ASTM F-24 standards
Conduct routine safety inspections and communicate findings to operations staff
Help ensure the attraction is operating safely and efficiently every day
️ Troubleshoot & Repair
Perform preventative maintenance on ride systems and facility equipment
Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues
Complete general maintenance tasks including carpentry, plumbing, painting, tile work, and light electrical repairs
Maintain Accurate Records
Complete inspection reports and maintenance logs
Document repairs, replacement parts, and completed work
Assist with maintaining compliance and safety documentation
Support a Safety-First Culture
Participate in safety meetings and training
Follow all company safety policies and procedures
Help identify opportunities to improve equipment reliability and operational efficiency
Positive attitude and commitment to excellent guest service
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Basic computer proficiency
Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
Experience in one or more of the following areas:
Mechanical maintenance
Plumbing
Carpentry
Painting
Light electrical work
Equipment troubleshooting and repair
Valid driver's license
Ability to read and understand technical manuals and maintenance procedures
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays, and emergency call-outs when necessary
Ability to climb stairs and ladders and work at heights up to 100 feet
Ability to lift up to 75 pounds
Ability to stand, bend, climb, and work for extended periods
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, and humidity
