THE ROLE

The Maintenance Tech - Parking is responsible for maintaining parking facilities, equipment, and surrounding areas to ensure a clean, safe, and efficient environment for guests and staff. Reporting to the Parking Operations Director , this role supports daily parking operations and special event setup .

This position requires hands-on work including operating equipment such as sweepers and utility vehicles, performing basic maintenance and repairs, and assisting with traffic flow and parking logistics . The ideal candidate is reliable, adaptable, and comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Parking Facility Maintenance

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of parking areas to maximize space usage and ensure a positive guest experience. Maintain cleanliness and organization of parking areas to maximize space usage and ensure a positive guest experience.

QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or equivalent required. High school diploma or equivalent required.

WORKING CONDITIONS & PHYSICAL DEMANDS

This position operates primarily outdoors in parking facilities and requires exposure to varying weather conditions . Physical requirements may include standing, walking, and working outdoors for extended periods (hot and cold conditions ), lifting, moving, and positioning barricades and equipment, operating machinery and power tools, bending, lifting, and performing physical labor as needed .
