This role is responsible for ensuring the property is well-maintained, safe, and fully operational for guests and staff. The ideal candidate will have experience in general maintenance, strong troubleshooting skills, and a commitment to excellent service.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on hotel rooms, common areas, and equipment
Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems
Complete work orders in a timely and efficient manner
Conduct preventative maintenance to minimize downtime and ensure guest satisfaction
Maintain grounds and exterior areas as needed
Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies
Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests and management
Qualifications:
Previous maintenance experience required (hotel or property maintenance preferred)
Basic knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general repairs
Ability to use hand and power tools safely
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
