Maintenance TechnicianReports To: Property Manager & Maintenance Lead Location: Plano, TXUnit Count: 140Salary: $23.00 per hour (Subject to adjustment for onsite living) Housing Benefit: 50% rent discount for onsite living **MUST be HVAC Certified** Position SummaryThe Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs to ensure buildings, apartments, and common areas are in good working condition. This role involves responding to service requests, troubleshooting issues, completing repairs related to plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, appliances and ensuring the grounds are maintained in a safe, clean, and efficient manner. This role supports resident satisfaction by responding promptly to service requests.
