Pay: $14.09-18.00/hr based one experience

Position Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Technician to help maintain a safe, clean, and fully operational campus. This hands-on role supports daily operations and directly impacts the comfort and quality of life of our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete work orders and maintenance requests in a timely manner
- Perform repairs and preventative maintenance (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, general maintenance)
- Assist with floor care, painting, and building upkeep
- Support groundskeeping, snow removal, and exterior maintenance
- Maintain inventory and coordinate supplies
- Work with contractors and communicate updates to leadership
- Follow OSHA and safety regulations at all times
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license
- Experience with building maintenance systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing) preferred
- Certifications (HVAC, electrical, mechanical) are a plus

Schedule:
- Days Monday–Friday
- Weekends and evenings on-call per established rotational schedule
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, and kneeling
- Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying conditions
