Apartment Maintenance Technician – Full Time (40+ Hours)
Location: Temple Terrace FL 33617 Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week + overtime as needed On-Call: Required rotation Compensation: Competitive, based on experience
About the Role
We are seeking a dependable and skilled Apartment Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate is HVAC certified, solutions‑oriented, and experienced in maintaining a multifamily community. If you take pride in your work and enjoy helping residents, this is a great opportunity.
Key Responsibilities
Perform routine, preventative, and emergency maintenance
Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems (certification required)
Complete work orders efficiently and professionally
Handle plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, carpentry, and general maintenance
Participate in an on‑call rotation for after‑hours emergencies
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Communicate effectively with residents and management
Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards
Requirements
HVAC certification required
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
Own basic tools
Ability to work 40 hours per week plus overtime when needed
Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work in various conditions
Apartment maintenance experience preferred
