Maintenance Tech

We are seeking a proactive and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team! Duties

• Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on HVAC systems, refrigeration units, appliances, and mechanical equipment to prevent breakdowns.
• Troubleshoot and repair a wide range of equipment including air conditioning units, refrigeration systems, appliances, and mechanical components.
• Read and interpret schematics, technical manuals, and wiring diagrams to accurately diagnose issues.
• Perform electrical, plumbing, and construction-related repairs as needed to support facility operations.
• Lead small maintenance projects or team efforts to ensure timely completion of repairs and upgrades.
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs performed, and parts used for accountability and future reference.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff or management to minimize downtime.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a service technician with a strong background in appliance repair, HVAC/R (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning / Refrigeration), or general equipment maintenance.
• Demonstrated mechanical knowledge with the ability to read schematics and technical diagrams confidently.
• Experience in HVAC systems including air conditioning units, refrigeration equipment, and related controls.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to quickly identify issues and implement effective solutions.
• Knowledge of construction practices is a plus for executing minor upgrades or modifications.
• Leadership qualities with the ability to work independently or lead small teams during maintenance projects.
• Excellent communication skills for coordinating with team members and documenting work accurately.
