Responsibilities:
- Perform routine building general maintenance and repairs throughout the Health Center and clinics.
- Position requires job flexibility to perform a wide variety of tasks, from HVAC, plumbing, painting, cleaning, grounds and facilities upkeep, boiler and plant operations, moving equipment / furnishings, preventive and corrective maintenance on a variety of systems.
- Responsible for troubleshooting, clean up and remediation of system failures consistent with large commercial Health Care building operations.
Qualifications:
Job Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid Driver’s License
- 3 years of general maintenance experience in a commercial setting
- 6 months specialty experience in HVAC equipment or refrigeration applications
