Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $16.50 per hour
Position Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs to ensure properties remain in good working condition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Change and rekey locks as needed
- Repair leaking toilets and faucets
- Replace and maintain lighting fixtures
- Perform general maintenance tasks as assigned
- Ensure all work is completed in a timely and professional manner
Qualifications:
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Prior maintenance experience preferred but not required
