Maintenance Tech

Maintenance Technician-Night Shift, you will be responsible for the overall maintenance within the facility. There are a broad range of duties, therefore general construction knowledge is important.

Key Responsibilities:

• Duties include all general facility maintenance
• Every day would be different tasks which are assigned daily from Supervisor/Manager
• Having the ability to conform with whatever tasks are needed/priority that day is a must
• Being able to use Outlook for emails is a must
• Ability to learn and use Ecompliance is a must

Position Requirements:

• A valid driver's license

• Must be capable of using all hand tools

• Certified in electrical, plumbing, HVAC or welding

• Strong working knowledge of the following hand tools, stick welder, acetylene torch, power washer, scissor lift and hilo

• Ability to read schematics

• Lift up to 50 pound

• Climb ladders

• Work in confined spaces

• Familiarity with electrical, painting and plumbing a plus
