Conduct both scheduled and unscheduled maintenance for all vehicles and related equipment,
including forklifts, man lifts, and trucks.
Conduct both scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on plant equipment, encompassing a wide
range of machinery and tools. This includes, but is not limited to, CNC machine tools, manual
machine tools, automated inventory systems, power tools, hand tools, saws, presses, lifting
devices, overhead cranes, mist collectors, bag houses, oxy-fuel and plasma cutting equipment, as
well as coolant systems, ultra-filtration systems, and compressed air systems.
Conduct both scheduled and unscheduled maintenance for facility buildings and grounds,
encompassing a range of systems and components, including but not limited to HVAC systems,
sprinkler systems, plumbing and sewage systems, lighting, gates, fencing, and office furnishings.
Conduct comprehensive troubleshooting, diagnosis, reconstruction, and repair of diverse
manufacturing equipment.
Conduct routine maintenance procedures for the machine tool coolant and scrap metal processing
systems.
Document the components or materials utilized and initiate orders or requisitions for additional
parts or materials as required.
Assist maintenance personnel in the relocation and organization of production and office spaces.
Provide support and assist with project work directed by the Maintenance Manager, Plant Manager
and/or project lead
Other duties as assigned, requested or needed.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Ability to operate forklifts, overhead cranes, man lifts, and power tools.
Must be capable of reading and understanding electrical schematics and diagrams.
Ability to work at a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Ability and tolerance to meet due dates and deadlines and/or time constraints.
Knowledge of and ability to utilize Microsoft office applications.
Ability to resolve complaints and negotiate with others.

Education and Experience:
Two (2) year degree or certificate in industrial maintenance and/or equivalent work experience.
Minimum of five (5) years of experience in industrial, mechanical, electrical or moving vehicle
maintenance, preferred.
