Maintenance Technician 1

The City of Wyoming is seeking a qualified individual to fill the position of Maintenance Technician 1 at the Wastewater Treatment Plant. This position is responsible for performing general buildings and grounds maintenance, including semi-skilled tasks involving light mechanical work, plumbing, painting, and HVAC systems. This role also performs custodial tasks, landscaping and lawn care, irrigation upkeep, and snow removal to ensure the overall care and functionality of the facilities.

Desired qualifications include two years of responsible work in grounds and facilities maintenance or an equivalent combination of knowledge and experience in plumbing, HVAC, mechanical, or related fields.
