Location: Delavan, WI Position Type: Temp-to-Hire Pay: $29-$35/hr DOE Schedule: Monday-Friday, 5:00 AM - 2:30 PM Overtime: Required
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to support production operations in a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting and repair experience with industrial equipment and machinery.
Responsibilities
Perform preventative maintenance on manufacturing equipment
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
Diagnose equipment failures and minimize downtime
Complete maintenance inspections and documentation
Assist with equipment installations and facility maintenance projects
Follow all safety policies and procedures
Qualifications
Minimum 2.5 years of machine maintenance experience
Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting abilities
Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems
High-voltage electrical experience preferred
Ability to read schematics and technical documentation
Ability to work required overtime
Compensation
$29-$35/hr DOE. Compensation will be based on experience, technical skills, and overall qualifications, with higher wages considered for highly experienced candidates.
