Title: Facility Maintenance Technician
Location: Franklin, WI
Hire Type: Direct Hire
Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (Mon–Fri) + OT as needed
Compensation: $25-$30/hr

Overview:
We’re seeking a hands-on Facility Maintenance Technician to support daily operations by maintaining and repairing critical building systems. This role focuses on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and refrigeration systems in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Ideal for someone who enjoys troubleshooting, working independently, and being a key resource on-site.
Job Duties:
- Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and refrigeration systems
- Troubleshoot facility and basic production equipment issues
- Read and interpret schematics and technical manuals
- Assist with equipment installation and facility upgrades
- Use hand and power tools to complete repairs safely and efficiently
- Maintain work orders, parts, and documentation in CMMS/ERP systems
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and procedures
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1–3+ years of facility maintenance or related experience
- Strong experience with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and refrigeration systems
- Ability to read schematics and perform hands-on troubleshooting
- Basic computer skills (CMMS, Microsoft Office)
- Strong communication and ability to work independently
- Valid driver’s license
Preferred:
- HVAC certification and/or refrigeration certification
- NFPA 70E training
