    Maintenance Technician

Where mechanical skill meets operational excellence!

    Location: Riverside, CA

    Shift: 1st Shift

Your Impact - Big and Bold!

Put your troubleshooting skills to work and help keep our operation running strong. As a member of the Maintenance team, you'll tackle electrical and mechanical challenges across production equipment and facility systems. From millwright work, welding, and rigging to electrical diagnostics and PLCs, you'll play a hands-on role in maintaining reliable equipment and driving a proactive approach to maintenance.

What a Day in Your Life Looks Like:

    • Safety First: Strong commitment to safe work practices, company policies, and applicable OSHA, NEC, and other regulatory requirements.
    • Tools & Troubleshooting: Experience safely using hand and power tools, precision measuring devices, and electrical testing equipment to troubleshoot and complete repairs.
    • Electrical & PLC Skills: Working knowledge of AC/DC electrical circuits with basic PLC troubleshooting capabilities.
    • Equipment Operation: Ability to safely operate forklifts, scissor lifts, basket trucks, overhead cranes, and other industrial equipment as required.
    • Working at Heights: Comfortable working from ladders, platforms, and scaffolding while properly using required fall-protection equipment.
    • Technical & Quality Focus: Ability to read and follow work orders, instructions, measurements, and quality requirements accurately.
    • Environmental Compliance: Safely handle and manage hazardous materials and waste in accordance with regulatory and company requirements.
    • Teamwork & Initiative: Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently or as part of a team with a focus on learning and continuous improvement.
    • Schedule & Physical Requirements: Ability to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed, lift up to 35 lbs., and perform the physical activities required in a manufacturing environment.
    • Additional Support: Step in where needed to support the team, respond to changing operational needs, and contribute to the overall success of the facility.

What You Bring to the Table:

    • Education: High School Diploma or GED required; an Associate Degree is preferred but not mandatory.
    • Maintenance Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a maintenance department within a manufacturing environment.
    • License Requirement: Must hold a current and valid state-issued driver's license.

    Physical Requirements:

    • Step into the heart of our bustling manufacturing plant, where every move counts! You'll stay active standing, walking, and using your hands to tackle hands-on tasks with precision. From lifting up to 35 pounds to bending, squatting, reaching high, or crawling into tight spots, no two days are the same. Repetitive handwork keeps you sharp, and climbing ladders or working at heights is part of the role.
