Maintenance, repair, and installation of manufacturing machines. Assisting with preventative maintenance and routine maintenance on machines. Knowledge of molding machinery operations and functions for repair.
Essential Duties:
1ST shift Maintenance Mechanic
Prioritize and manage maintenance workflow
Performs Preventative Maintenance on selected equipment, updates and maintains
Preventative Maintenance Program
Resolves maintenance issues in a timely manner and communicates concerns to the
management team
Identifies problem areas and safety hazards and works with the management and safety teams
and associates to resolve
Ensures compliance with Safety regulations
Maintains spare parts inventory and orders tools and supplies
Exercises good housekeeping in Maintenance department, 5S plus Safety practices
Fabricates simple solutions when necessary
Performs other duties to support the business
Overtime as deemed necessary
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience working in a Manufacturing environment
3+ years of related Maintenance experience
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Good interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
Technical Qualifications:
Able to troubleshoot and repair electrical circuits from 24 VDC / 24 AC to 480-volt 3 phase
