    Oakbrook Corporation is looking for a dependable, customer-focused Part-Time Maintenance Technician to join our team at Brenwood Park Senior Apartments, a beautiful senior living community in Franklin, Wisconsin.If you're someone who enjoys solving problems, working with your hands, and helping create a safe and comfortable home for residents, we'd love to meet you. Your work directly impacts resident satisfaction and helps ensure our properties remain attractive, safe, and well-maintained.What You'll Be DoingComplete daily resident work orders promptly and professionallyPerform repairs related to plumbing, electrical, appliances, HVAC, carpentry, and general maintenanceAssist with apartment turnovers to prepare homes for new residentsConduct preventative maintenance and routine property inspectionsMaintain common areas, grounds, and building systemsCoordinate with outside contractors and vendors when neededIdentify and report safety concerns or maintenance issuesAssist with seasonal property responsibilities, including snow removal and landscaping supportDeliver exceptional customer service to residents, guests, and team membersSupport Oakbrook's commitment to maintaining high-quality communitiesWhat We're Looking ForThe ideal candidate is self-motivated, reliable, and takes pride in quality workmanship. You enjoy troubleshooting issues, working independently, and interacting with residents in a respectful and professional manner.Preferred QualificationsPrevious apartment maintenance, facilities maintenance, or related experienceWorking knowledge of:HVAC systemsPlumbing repairsElectrical troubleshootingAppliance repairPainting and drywall repairCarpentry and general building maintenanceStrong communication and customer service skillsAbility to prioritize tasks and manage time effectivelyComfortable working independently with limited supervisionRequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalentValid driver's license and reliable transportationPersonal hand tools requiredTake part in an on-call rotationAbility to lift, carry, push, and pull maintenance equipment and materialsTrade school training or maintenance certifications are a plusAbout Oakbrook CorporationFor nearly 40 years, Oakbrook Corporation has been creating and managing communities throughout the Midwest.
