Join a Team That Keeps One of Columbus’ Premier Destinations Running

We’re looking for a Facilities Maintenance Technician who takes pride in keeping things running smoothly and looking their best. In this role, you’ll help maintain the systems, spaces, and infrastructure that support a vibrant shopping center environment.

If you’re mechanically inclined, enjoy solving problems, and like seeing the results of your work every day, this is a great opportunity to join a team that values craftsmanship, reliability, and teamwork.

What You’ll Do

As a Facilities Maintenance Technician, you’ll help ensure the shopping center operates safely, efficiently, and at the high standard our merchants and guests expect.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Perform maintenance and repair on building systems including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and architectural components.

  • Maintain interior and exterior common areas throughout the shopping center and project facilities.

  • Execute preventative maintenance programs to keep equipment and systems operating efficiently.

  • Utilize maintenance documentation such as repair procedures, manufacturer data, safety sheets, and work orders to complete assignments.

  • Prepare and maintain repair logs, test reports, and work documentation accurately.

  • Monitor and report inventory levels for maintenance parts and supplies.

  • Maintain tools, equipment, and furnishings in safe working condition.

  • Identify and report unsafe conditions and recommend solutions to minimize maintenance costs and improve efficiency.

  • Provide professional service and collaborate with merchants, corporate teams, and other departments to support the success of the center.

What Makes You Successful

We’re looking for someone who is dependable, resourceful, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.

Core competencies include:

  • Strong customer service mindset

  • Mechanical aptitude and hands-on troubleshooting ability

  • Solid problem-solving skills

  • Effective time management

  • Attention to detail

  • Clear communication

  • Professionalism

  • Ability to work independently and take initiative

Why This Role Matters

Our maintenance team plays a critical role in protecting the value of the property and ensuring a great experience for everyone who visits and works at the center. Your work helps keep the environment safe, functional, and welcoming every day.

If You’re a Great Fit

You enjoy hands-on work, take pride in maintaining quality facilities, and appreciate working in a dynamic environment where no two days are exactly the same.

If that sounds like you, we’d love to meet you.
