We are currently seeking a dynamic and dedicated Permanent Maintenance Technician for our 2nd shift operations within our Accounting and Finance industry. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional with a strong background in electrical troubleshooting and the ability to read and understand schematics. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and improving production and facility equipment, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our systems. The role requires 5+ years of experience in a similar position. This is a full-time, permanent position, offering a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair electrical problems in various company systems and equipment.
• Read and understand electrical schematics, blueprints, and manuals.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure that machines continue to run smoothly, building systems operate efficiently, and the physical condition of the facility does not deteriorate.
• Inspect, operate, and test machinery and equipment to diagnose machine malfunctions.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance procedures to minimize equipment downtime and maintenance costs.
• Coordinate with the production team to schedule maintenance activities with minimal production interruptions.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas.
• Document and maintain records of all maintenance and repair work.
• Evaluate problematic systems or facilities and recommend or design improvements.
• Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production and perform scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment during machine service.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a maintenance technician role, preferably within the Accounting and Finance industry.
• Proven experience with electrical troubleshooting and the ability to read and understand schematics.
• Knowledge of industrial electrical systems, motor controls, and electronics.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and maintain a high level of self-motivation.
• High safety awareness and knowledge of safe working techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage time and priorities effectively to meet deadlines.
• High school diploma or equivalent; Certificate in HVAC, building maintenance technology, or relevant field is a plus.
• Must be able to work 2nd shift hours and be available for occasional overtime and weekend work as needed.
