Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; technical/trade training preferred
3–5 years of industrial maintenance experience
Experience with mechanical and electrical systems, including installations and repairs
Skills & Knowledge
PLCs, motor controls, and low/high-voltage systems (up to 480 VAC)
Hydraulics and fluid power systems
Blueprint and schematic reading
Strong troubleshooting, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Key Responsibilities
Perform mechanical/electrical troubleshooting, repair, and preventative maintenance
Ensure equipment uptime and support continuous improvement efforts
Follow all safety policies and promote a zero-injury culture
Create and manage work orders in SAP
Communicate maintenance issues with supervisors and team members
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
