2nd Shift Maintenance Technician

Start your next career in Grand Island, NE, as a Maintenance Technician, helping keep industrial equipment and systems running safely and efficiently. This is a hands-on role in a manufacturing environment where attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and electrical knowledge are key.

Job Duties: 
  • Troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on electrical and mechanical industrial equipment to minimize downtime and ensure operational efficiency.
  • Install, modify, and maintain machinery and systems, including electrical components, to support optimal performance and production goals.
  • Interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, blueprints, and precision measuring tools (e.g., micrometers, calipers, tape measures) to perform accurate repairs and adjustments.
  • Perform general building maintenance tasks, including construction, plumbing, concrete work, and carpentry, to support facility upkeep and reconstruction projects.
  • Safely operate overhead cranes and other lifting equipment to move materials as needed
Schedule
Shift: 2nd Monday–Thursday; overtime may be scheduled on Fridays and Saturdays
Hours: 4:30 pm to 3:00 am

Pay
$20 per hour / DOE
