Maintenance Technician 2nd Shift

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Mechanic to support production by minimizing equipment downtime through preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of industrial equipment. This role is responsible for maintaining automated machinery, electrical systems, pneumatic and hydraulic equipment, and facility support systems in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, gas, and cooling systems.
• Diagnose and repair automated and computer-controlled manufacturing equipment.
• Troubleshoot and wire 480V three-phase systems, including low-voltage controls.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics and technical documentation.
• Maintain air compressors, water chillers, pumps, gearboxes, sandblasting equipment, and related machinery.
• Perform MIG, TIG, and Arc welding as needed.
• Complete maintenance logs, inspections, and work orders accurately and on time.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and equipment reliability programs.
• Operate and maintain specialized coating equipment according to company standards.
• Communicate equipment issues, repair status, and project progress to management.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot complex equipment independently.
• Experience with automated machinery, pneumatic and hydraulic systems, motors, pumps, and gearboxes.
• Knowledge of industrial electrical systems, including 480V three-phase power.
• Welding experience (MIG, TIG, and Arc).
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and manage multiple priorities.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and maintenance documentation systems.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
