Schedule: 

Monday – Friday, Onsite, 2nd Shift 8 PM – 8 AM  

Pay Range: 

$30 per hour 

Job Description:  
 

Role & Responsibilities 

• Maintain and repair equipment used in the production of poly pipe 

• Support installation, upgrade, maintenance, and inspection of control systems 

• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic equipment to identify faults and resolve issues 

• Prepare reports on machine faults and errors to support maintenance scheduling 

• Work independently and collaboratively to reduce machine outages and downtime 

Requirements 

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a maintenance or service technician role 

• Strong mechanical abilities and hands-on repair experience 

• Experience in electrical/electronic repair in an industrial environment 

• Ability to disassemble equipment, diagnose issues, and reassemble safely and efficiently 

• Experience with PLC, HMI, VFD, controls electronics, or CNC systems 

• Experience working with automation in a manufacturing environment 

• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve equipment failures effectively 

Education 

• High School Diploma or equivalent required 

Skills 

• Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting 

• Industrial equipment repair and maintenance 

• Experience with control systems (PLC, HMI, VFD) 

• Predictive and preventive maintenance practices 

• Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills 

• Ability to communicate technical information clearly
