Maintenance Technician – 2nd Shift (Direct Hire)
Location: Menomonee Falls, WI
Shift: 2nd Shift – Monday through Thursday, 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM; Friday, 6:00 AM – 10:00 AM
Pay: $27.00–$32.00 per hour (Based on Experience)

Job Summary
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining the safe and efficient operation of manufacturing equipment and facility systems. This position performs preventive maintenance, diagnoses mechanical and electrical issues, completes repairs, and assists with equipment installations while minimizing production downtime.
Responsibilities
Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment and building systems.
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and plumbing systems.
Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns and emergency maintenance requests.
Assist with the installation, setup, and modification of new and existing production equipment.
Perform routine inspections, lubrication, belt adjustments, filter replacements, and equipment servicing.
Maintain pulp molding lines, dryers, grinders, and water recycling systems.
Monitor water and vacuum systems to ensure proper operation and process efficiency.
Participate in machine setups and product changeovers.
Complete maintenance work orders and accurately document repairs in the CMMS system.
Safely operate forklifts and scissor lifts as needed for maintenance tasks.
Follow OSHA regulations and all company safety policies.
Work closely with production personnel to minimize downtime and maximize equipment reliability.
Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
Working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to read blueprints, technical drawings, and equipment manuals.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Willingness to work overtime or weekends as needed.
Ability to travel occasionally between company facilities.
Education & Experience
High School Diploma or GED required.
Technical certification in Industrial Maintenance or a related field is preferred.
2–4 years of industrial maintenance experience preferred.
Manufacturing maintenance experience is a plus.
