What You'll Do as a Maintenance Technician:

• Perform preventive maintenance on machinery and mechanical equipment
• Troubleshoot electrical, motor, and heater circuit issues using schematics and wiring diagrams
• Repair equipment by removing and replacing defective parts using hand tools, power tools, hoists, and cranes
• Communicate with supervisors to prioritize maintenance and repair needs
• Document repairs, maintenance activities, and parts usage in maintenance logs
• Maintain company tools and ensure they are properly stored and in working condition
• Fabricate repair parts, machine guards, mezzanines, and other equipment using welding and shop equipment

What You Need to Bring to the Maintenance Technician Role:

• High school diploma preferred
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant maintenance experience
• Electrical troubleshooting and repair experience required
• Good organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to understand and follow safety procedures, SOPs, and work instructions
• Ability to present information and work effectively with supervisors and team members
