The Maintenance Technician duties include but are not limited to the following items:
Troubleshoots and repairs mechanical equipment including but not limited to, production lines, PLC controls, drives, gages, and test equipment.
Installs, start-up and shutdown equipment in accordance with company safety procedures and in line with OSHA requirements.
Assist other maintenance personnel with technical troubleshooting, perform preventative maintenance and maintain appropriate records.
Plans and performs work requiring a thorough knowledge of mechanical/pneumatic and hydraulic theories and principles.
Participates in the planning, installation, modification, maintenance and repair of electrical and mechanical systems, production equipment, facilities and related electronic controls and devices.
