Pay: $20$25/hour + $100 weekly on-call stipend + overtime opportunities
Hours: MondayFriday, 8:00 AM5:00 PM (plus on-call rotation)

As a Maintenance Technician, youll play a key role in supporting day-to-day property and facility maintenance for multiple sites. Youll work closely with the facilities team to troubleshoot issues and ensure a safe, well-maintained environment for everyone.
What Youll Do:
As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for:
- Perform general maintenance and home repairs across multiple property sites.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and building issues to find efficient solutions.
- Complete preventative and routine maintenance tasks to ensure long-term facility health.
- Participate in a rotating on-call schedule to handle after-hours emergencies.
- Maintain organized records of work performed and communicate solutions clearly to the team.
