What Youll Do:
As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for:

Perform general maintenance and comprehensive repairs across a portfolio of over 300 apartment units.

Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, heating, and plumbing issues.

Execute construction and carpentry tasks such as installing windows and replacing doors.

Complete preventative and routine maintenance tasks to ensure long-term building health.
What Youll Bring:
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
- Experience: Proven "jack-of-all-trades" skill set with professional experience in home repair, HVAC, plumbing, and general building maintenance.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with rough carpentry and construction (window/door installation); knowledge of heating systems and PEX plumbing.
Location & Schedule:
This position is on-site in Waterville, ME and involves traveling between properties.
