Job Title: Maintenance Technician Pay: $21$23/hour (DOE) Hours: Tuesday Saturday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM (limit this to just the weekday and hours) Start Date: ASAP

As a Maintenance Technician, you'll support unit turns and general maintenance for two properties located in Springfield. Youll work independently at times but also as part of a team that values reliability, communication, and quality work.
What You'll Do
As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for:
Completing apartment turnover prep and punch-list items
Painting (touch-ups, walls/trim, basic prep)
Drywall patching/repair
Changing out blinds and handling basic unit-ready tasks
Supporting general maintenance needs as they come up (Preferred)
Assisting with pool testing (if experienced)
What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
A team-player attitude with the ability to work independently when needed
Basic maintenance experience (property maintenance/turnover experience is a plus)
Pool testing knowledge
