Hours: Tuesday Saturday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM (limit this to just the weekday and hours)

As a Maintenance Technician, you'll support unit turns and general maintenance for two properties located in Springfield. Youll work independently at times but also as part of a team that values reliability, communication, and quality work.
What You'll Do
As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for:
- Completing apartment turnover prep and punch-list items
- Painting (touch-ups, walls/trim, basic prep)
- Drywall patching/repair
- Changing out blinds and handling basic unit-ready tasks
- Supporting general maintenance needs as they come up (Preferred)
- Assisting with pool testing (if experienced)
What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
- A team-player attitude with the ability to work independently when needed
- Basic maintenance experience (property maintenance/turnover experience is a plus)
- Pool testing knowledge

Location & Schedule:
This is a temporary on-site position in Springfield, OR. Schedules available: TueSat (pool testing experience preferred) or MonFri 8am5pm.
